Regulamin grywalizacji BHP „Komfortowo i zdrowo – ergonomia w biurze” dla Air Liquide Polska Sp. z.o.o.

I. Main assumptions of OSH gamification:

1 The organizer of the gamification is: Air Liquide Polska Sp. Z O.O.. and Proresult s.c.

2 The gamification coordinators are:

• Arkadiusz Kaleta (AIR LIQUIDE POLSKA Sp. z o.o.).
• Maciej Gulanowski (Proresult).

3. gamification will take place on 23.09.2024 from 00:00 a.m. to 04.10.2024 23:59 p.m. Only on this date it will be possible to launch the Quiz.

II. Objectives of the competition:

The contest aims to improve employees’ awareness of proper ergonomic practices and motivate them to apply these practices in their daily work.

III. Conditions for participation in the H&S gamification:

1 The gamification is intended exclusively for employees of Air Liquide Polska Sp. Z O.O.

(2) The condition for participation in the OSH gamification is the combined fulfillment of the following conditions:

(a) familiarization with the rules and regulations of the game (available at the stage of participant registration);

b) at the stage of registration provide your personal information: e-mail address (can be private), first name, last name, nickname;

(3) The personal data provided at the registration stage will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting this Contest and in connection with the issuance of prizes.

(4) To participate in the OSH gamification you need to use the link or QR code, which can be found on the gamification poster. You must use a computer, phone or tablet with Internet access.

5 Winning criteria:

– Providing correct answers to single-choice questions;

– The speed of going through the entire OSH gamification (refers to video + test);

– algorithm applies: the correctness of the answers given is the main criterion for ranking;
the secondary criterion is the time to pass the entire game.

(6) The winners of the OHS gamification will be informed of their winnings by 04.10.2024 at the latest.

7. each participant can only take part in the gamification 1 time.

(8) Any doubts about the rules of the Contest, provisions of the Regulations and interpretation shall be resolved by the Organizer.
