First aid

First aid is the action that is taken in an emergency or crisis situation to provide the necessary assistance to an injured person. Such incidents can occur in everyday life, at work or during the practice of various sports and physical activities. Therefore, knowledge of first aid is extremely important for everyone, as it can save the health or even life of a person in danger.
First aid is also an essential part of any health and safety (OSH) training. In the event of an emergency or accident in the workplace, those trained in first aid can respond quickly and effectively, minimizing damage to the health of employees and those taking place on company premises. Employers are obliged to organize first aid training for their employees, which is not only a legal requirement, but also an expression of concern for the safety and health of their employees.
During first aid training, participants learn the basic principles of providing assistance in various situations and what the procedures are in the event of an emergency. They also learn how to recognize the symptoms and first signs of a health emergency in an injured person.
