Main assumptions of OSH gamification:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 The organizer of the gamification is: Air Liquide Polska Sp. Z O.O.. and Proresult s.c.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 The gamification coordinators are:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Arkadiusz Kaleta (AIR LIQUIDE POLSKA Sp. z o.o.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maciej Gulanowski (Proresult).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. gamification will take place on  <strong><u>23.09.2024 from 00:00 a.m. to 04.10.2024 23:59 p.m. Only on this date it will be possible to launch the Quiz.  <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>II. Objectives of the competition: <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The contest aims to improve employees&#8217; awareness of proper ergonomic practices and motivate them to apply these practices in their daily work.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><u>III. Conditions for participation in the H&amp;S gamification: <\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 The gamification is intended exclusively for employees of Air Liquide Polska Sp. Z O.O. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(2) The condition for participation in the OSH gamification is the combined fulfillment of the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(a) familiarization with the rules and regulations of the game (available at the stage of participant registration);<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b) at the stage of registration provide your personal information: e-mail address (can be private), first name, last name, nickname;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(3) The personal data provided at the registration stage will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting this Contest and in connection with the issuance of prizes.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(4) To participate in the OSH gamification you need to use the link or QR code, which can be found on the gamification poster. You must use a computer, phone or tablet with Internet access. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5 Winning criteria:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Providing correct answers to single-choice questions;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; The speed of going through the entire OSH gamification (refers to video + test);<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; algorithm applies: the correctness of the answers given is the main criterion for ranking; <br\/> the secondary criterion is the time to pass the entire game.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(6) The winners of the OHS gamification will be informed of their winnings by 04.10.2024 at the latest.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. each participant can <strong>only<\/strong> take part in the gamification <strong>1 time<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(8) Any doubts about the rules of the Contest, provisions of the Regulations and interpretation shall be resolved by the Organizer.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><u>IV.
